Downriver Walleye Federation

Each year, for the past 31 years, the DWF has hosted a number of club walleye and perch tournaments. The tourney fees are low, but the level of competition is high. From river jigging to handline trolling to deep water trolling tactics on Lake Erie, DWF members can do it all and are willing to share their knowledge and techniques with their fellow members.

And now we are getting close to kicking off our 2026 season. As always, we’ll start things off with our annual rules meeting sometime in early February. Tournament Director Dan Porter will be announcing the exact time and location for this very soon.
